”Sharing and expressing the transformational power of movement to change lives is innately spiritual, as yoga reveals the illusion of separateness between self and other, we experience the inextricable wholeness within our bodies”. ~ NN

Bridging the gap between spirituality and other movement forms, Natalie’s methodology arises from an early transformational experience in yoga. A yoga student of over 13 years and counting, Natalie works diligently to ensure that each students’ experience allows space for the entirety of their being to be present. Working with the body as the gateway for greater peace of mind, and more balanced emotional health, she has helped clients and students manage not only physical injuries, but also unregulated nervous system states by emphasizing the importance of breath in connecting to the whole self. She believes wholeheartedly, and through her own personal experience, that it is only when the mind, body, and soul are united that we can live our most authentic lives.

She holds over 600 hours in yoga training, is a Comprehensively Certified Classical Pilates Instructor, holds a PNF certification, and has worked in non-traditional rehabilitation facilities helping people gain feeling and function in their bodies again. She has studied with and is a scholarship recipient of the University of Texas Dance, has taught anatomy and physiology to pre-med students of Texas A&M University, and has worked with a variety of somatic artists for East Austin Studio Tour, Sunny Shen Dance Co., and more.
